Ben is a 3rd generation worship leader and has been involved in worship for much of his life. He began playing drums with worship teams nearly 30 years ago, and he officially stepped into a worship leader role in 2017.
He has been married to his amazing wife and high school sweetheart Jill for 20 years and they have 3 children: Julia, Jacinda and Jonah. Worship ministry is very much a family activity for the Shaws. Jill and Jacinda both work on the A/V team on Sunday mornings and Julia plays the piano and sings with the worship team. We’ll see what ministry role Jonah fills in the future!
It is Ben’s desire to be used by God to help bring His people into a place of worship, giving much-deserved glory to the name of Jesus for who He is, what He has done, and what He will do in the days to come!
