Welcome to American Heritage Girls Troop TX2777 of the The Lakes Church
AHG Mission Statement: Building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country.
American Heritage Girls is a Christ-centered character and leadership development program for girls 5 to 18 years of age. AHG is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country.
The AHG Program is built around six key components in order to achieve the mission of building women of integrity. These six key emphases create a balanced structure, providing girls with a holistic experience. A girl who completes the AHG Program will be a Christ-following servant leader who is honoring, relational, anchored in Christ, and competent: a woman of integrity.
Our troop was chartered by The Lakes Church of Sachse, Texas, in October 2020. We were originally chartered as a troop in November of 2016.
Come check us out, no need to be a member of the church. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
